The casting workshop has three 20-ton melting furnaces, one large-scale homogenizing furnace and three same-level hot-top casting machines imported from the United States. The daily output of the casting production line is more than 20 tons, equipped with environmental protection systems such as dust removal and desulfurization to ensure clean production.
Quality raw aluminum ingots with purity of 99.7% are selected, and the production of battery stirrers, spectrum analyzers, online degassing, oxygen measuring instruments, ultrasonic aluminum rod flaw detectors, etc. are produced in strict accordance with the standard or customer-specified chemical composition. High quality homogeneous aluminum alloy rods are produced every day.
